Environmental issues like pollution and flooding disproportionately impact us. This project aims to empower high school students there to address these injustices. Recognizing that young people are often left out of environmental decision-making, the project will connect students with experts from NGOs working across environmental & cross-sectoral issues.
Through workshops, students will gain knowledge of environmental justice and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Students will lead their own projects with continued mentorship from NGOs, tackling local environmental needs while supporting the goals of their community partners. This initiative fosters youth empowerment & collaboration, aiming to build a more resilient Jakarta for all.
